What You’ll Do

• Architect and maintain test automation frameworks using Python.

• Lead BDD strategy and implementation across teams.

• Define quality standards and testing best practices.

• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

• Drive test coverage across functional, integration, and regression levels.

• Mentor QA engineers and promote quality culture.

• Partner with developers to improve testability.

• Lead release validation activities.

Must Have

• Strong experience in Python-based automation frameworks.

• Advanced experience with BDD methodologies.

• Expertise in API and UI test automation.

• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Fluent English communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance and security testing.

• Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments.

• Experience with containerized test frameworks.

• ISTQB Advanced certification.

• Experience in regulated environments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation.

• Experience leading testing initiatives.

• Proven ability to improve quality metrics.
