Job Description:
Job Title: QA Analyst (Level 30)
Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute, test cases based on business and functional requirements for CMS-driven web applications
- Perform regression, system, integration, and end-to-end testing for front end and content applications
- Validate authoring workflows, publishing flows, and content versioning
- Test structured content models, components, templates, and page configurations
- Verify content rendering across devices and browsers
- Validate integrations between CMS and downstream systems (APIs, personalization engines, search, etc.)
- Participate in requirements reviews and provide testability feedback
- Log and clearly articulate defects with reproducible steps
- Support regression cycles and release validation activities
- Deep understanding of content applications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiar with test management tools (JIRA, Confluence, qTest, TestRail, etc.)
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into quality benchmarks
Platform Experience (Required)
Hands-on testing experience in at least one of the following:
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Sitecore
- Contentful
- Headless CMS architectures (API-driven content delivery models)
Understanding of:
- Content types and component models
- Author vs publish environments
- Content approval workflows
- Caching behavior and content propagation timing
Technical Expectations
- Ability to write and execute structured test cases
- Basic API testing knowledge (Postman or similar tools)
- Familiarity with browser dev tools
- Experience validating JSON responses for headless content
- Working knowledge of defect management tools (JIRA or equivalent)
- Clear written documentation skills
- Experience in test automation using Selenium / Playwright/ Cypress will be an added advantage.
