Votre rôle

En tant que Senior Property Advisor, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le conseil, la gestion et le développement de programmes d’assurances incendie et risques industriels, commerciaux et spéciaux pour notre clientèle. Vous interviendrez en tant qu’expert technique et interlocuteur privilégié tant auprès de nos clients que de nos partenaires assureurs.

Responsabilités principales

• Analyse et conseil :
  • Identifier les besoins d’assurance des clients en matière de risques incendie, industriels, commerciaux et spéciaux.
  • Évaluer les expositions et proposer des solutions sur mesure adaptées aux enjeux des clients.
• Gestion des programmes d’assurance :
  • Structurer, négocier et placer des couvertures auprès des assureurs en Belgique et à l’international.
  • Rédiger et vérifier les documents contractuels, polices et avenants.
  • Suivre l’évolution des contrats et garantir la qualité du service rendu.
• Relations clients et partenaires :
  • Assurer un rôle de conseiller de confiance auprès des clients, en établissant une relation de long terme.
  • Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les compagnies d’assurances.
  • Participer à des réunions clients et à des présentations stratégiques.
• Support interne et expertise :
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de gestion, de placement et de développement commercial.
  • Apporter une expertise technique aux collègues plus juniors et contribuer à leur montée en compétence.
  • Suivre l’évolution des marchés et de la réglementation afin de maintenir un haut niveau d’expertise.

Profil recherché

• Formation : Bachelor en assurances, sciences économiques, juridiques, actuarielles ou équivalent par expérience.
• Expérience : 5 à 10 ans dans le domaine de l’assurance IARD, idéalement dans un rôle lié aux risques industriels/commerciaux.
• Compétences linguistiques : Excellente maîtrise du français, du néerlandais et de l’anglais (oral et écrit).
• Compétences techniques :
  • Bonne connaissance des produits incendie, risques industriels et commerciaux.
  • Capacité d’analyse et de structuration de programmes complexes.
• Compétences interpersonnelles :
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en négociation.
  • Esprit de collaboration et capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Sens de la relation client et orientation solutions.

Jouw rol

Als Senior Property Advisor speel je een sleutelrol in het adviseren, beheren en ontwikkelen van verzekeringsprogramma’s voor brand- en industriële, commerciële en speciale risico’s voor onze klanten. Je treedt op als technisch expert en als bevoorrechte gesprekspartner voor zowel onze klanten als onze verzekeringspartners.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Analyse en advies:
  • Identificeren van de verzekeringsbehoeften van klanten op het vlak van brand-, industriële, commerciële en speciale risico’s.
  • Evalueren van blootstellingen en op maat gemaakte oplossingen voorstellen die aansluiten bij de uitdagingen van de klant.
• Beheer van verzekeringsprogramma’s:
  • Structureren, onderhandelen en plaatsen van dekkingen bij verzekeraars in België en internationaal.
  • Opstellen en controleren van contractdocumenten, polissen en bijvoegsels.
  • Opvolgen van contracten en zorgen voor een kwalitatieve dienstverlening.
• Relaties met klanten en partners:
  • Optreden als vertrouwensadviseur voor klanten en een langdurige relatie opbouwen.
  • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met verzekeringsmaatschappijen.
  • Deelnemen aan klantvergaderingen en strategische presentaties.
• Interne ondersteuning en expertise:
  • Nauw samenwerken met teams voor beheer, plaatsing en commerciële ontwikkeling.
  • Technische expertise bieden aan junior collega’s en bijdragen aan hun ontwikkeling.
  • De markt en regelgeving opvolgen om een hoog niveau van expertise te behouden.

Gezocht profiel

• Opleiding: Bachelor in verzekeringen, economische, juridische of actuarieel wetenschappen, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• Ervaring: 5 tot 10 jaar in de IARD-verzekeringssector, bij voorkeur in een functie gerelateerd aan industriële/commerciële risico’s.
• Taalvaardigheden: Uitstekende beheersing van Frans, Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
• Technische vaardigheden:
  • Goede kennis van brand-, industriële en commerciële producten.
  • Vermogen om complexe programma’s te analyseren en structureren.
• Interpersoonlijke vaardigheden:
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
  • Teamspeler met samenwerkingsgeest.
  • Klantgericht en oplossingsgericht.
