Base salary will be in the range $95,361 - $102,302 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 6)

The Senior Project Officer supports the coordination and administration of end-to-end projects of varying size, scale and complexity, contributing to the successful delivery of strategic and operational outcomes. Working as part of a high-performing project team, this role supports planning, delivery, monitoring and implementation activities, stakeholder engagement and project communications within a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the coordination of project lifecycle activities, including planning, delivery, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
Providing project and administrative support, including maintaining project documentation, schedules, milestones and deliverables using project management tools.
Coordinating project communications, stakeholder engagement activities and change implementation activities.
Undertaking project-related analysis, research and documentation to support informed decision-making and project delivery.

You are a motivated and capable project professional with strong coordination skills and the ability to support complex projects in a large organisational environment.
Demonstrated experience providing project coordination and/or project administrative support.
A developing understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear project documentation and updates.
Experience coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, events or change initiatives.
Experience working on large-scale projects or within a complex organisation (highly regarded).
Familiarity with collaboration and project tools such as Microsoft Teams, MS Project or Jira (desirable).
