The Senior Project Manager will define, scope, initiate and manage large company projects and operational aspects of the Manila Global Center. This role is expected to display core competencies such as Project Delivery, Financial Management, Risk Management, and Estimating and Planning.

About the Role

In this opportunity, as a Senior Project Manager , you will:

  • Lead and implement projects and programs that will arise on internal and external requests that align with the Operations Center’s goals and vision.

  • Partnering with support groups locally and globally to extend support on wellbeing initiatives & projects that impact savings/employee wellbeing.

This would include all stages of project/program management including the following :

  • Defines, documents and executes projects of extremely high risk, complexity, and visibility, actively participating in all phases of the project.

  • Identifies, assesses, and manages risks to the success of the project. Drafts feasibility studies, risk assessments, and statements of work.

  • May develop or assist in developing business cases for large projects with a significant impact on company goals. Responsible for producing all typical project documentation - detailed project plans, work plans, schedules, project estimates, conversion schedules, resource plans, and status reports.

  • Determines project scope and methodology. Has the responsibility to ensure project deliverables are demonstrably fit for purpose.

  • Gains commitments to ensure corrective actions are taken if costs, timescales, or resources deviate from agreed tolerances. - Ensures all parties are aware of project scope and milestones. Highlights divergence from that scope, and adjusts it where necessary to reflect changing circumstances, acts as a communication liaison.

  • Manage the site operations effectively, ensure that we operate as One TR team on the ground, working collaborate with all support functions to improve governance & support the business teams. Manage relationships effectively with local and global stakeholders, and meet their requirements.

  • Involvement and decision making on BCP situations and mitigating location risks.

  • Lead and drive employee engagement initiatives. Some key initiatives that will be conducted are Family day, Team Building, Planning, Annual Year-End Party

  • Create a high-performance culture by managing effectively, differentiating performance, developing talent, and building diverse and inclusive teams

  • Build a network with the external bodies like AmCham, IBPAP, GCCC, GPTW, to leverage and adopt best practices.

  • Ensure optimal performance of the team members, advocate continuous learning, and live out TR’s core values.

About You

You are a fit for the role of Senior Project Manager if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; PMP preferred but not a requirement.

  • Minimum of 10+ years in project and operations management, ideally within a captive or BPO environment.

  • Strong ability to analyze, strategize, and make decisions on site-impacting initiatives. Skilled in driving, monitoring, and reporting projects in collaboration with leadership teams.

  • Accountable for smooth day-to-day site operations, balancing functional team requirements, managing relationships with support functions, monitoring site budget, and sharing best practices across operational centers.

  • Confident communicator and presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to lead teams effectively and foster collaboration.
