Lendlease is offering an exciting career opportunity within our VIC business for a Senior Project Manager (Services). This role will lead the bid process, oversee design development, and manage the delivery of future projects across the state. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for shaping bid strategies, driving innovation and value in engineering, and coordinating outputs from trades and consultants. Additionally, you will manage trade budgets, assess pricing, and ensure project delivery aligns with financial targets.

We are seeking a highly experienced design leader with a track record in leading multi-disciplinary services design for major and complex projects. For the right candidate, this senior role would include participation on the project SLT on a significant project and be responsible for the strategic management of all services design outcomes (consultant through the D&C trades) to support project requirements and objectives. 
 

To be successful you will need:

  • Degree qualification in a relevant field of study (M&E Engineering or Construction Management related);
  • 10+ years Construction industry experience / experience in managing services trade procurement, site supervision and design development/resolution preferred.
  • Strong experience in delivery of project services from design through to construction and commissioning;
  • Significant experience in management of most services design disciplines from concept through to detailed design resolution;
  • To demonstrate capability in managing the effective use of digital design technology to optimise project collaboration, coordination, decision making and solution development;
  • Demonstrate prior capability in the leadership of internal and external project stakeholders (including Clients) to support overall project objectives;   
  • To be able to demonstrate capability in communicating and influencing  teams and projects to secure positive outcomes;
  • To demonstrate capability in supporting leadership of a high performing team; and
  • To demonstrate a track record of accountability for driving best for project outcomes, and ideally a capability in leading best practice, innovative and safe solutions.
