Senior Project Manager

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager to support a large program for the Pharma Division. The program aims to deliver a holistic customer experience for enhanced patient outcomes by making our customer engagement smarter, faster and more impactful. We will do this by working together to embed customer-centric mindsets and governance, omnichannel capabilities and clear E2E workflows – powered by a Next Generation Customer Engagement technology ecosystem that supports enterprise-wide collaboration at scale. The role will coordinate and connect the various implementation squads across different implementation waves and will work closely with program members across IT and business functions as well as a number of external partners.

  • Deliver projects or programs using agile or traditional project management methodologies to achieve business goals and organizational value.  

  • Lead global project teams, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and resource assignments for project plan deliverables.  

  • Ensure critical success factors—reliability, compliance, efficiency, sustainability, and time to value—are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.  

  • Manage stakeholders by establishing strong relationships and understanding their organizational needs.  

  • Maintain accurate project plans, risk and issue logs, and ensure timely, transparent project statuses, including presenting to governance meetings.  

  • Track project financials, seek governance approvals, and apply organizational change management practices to ensure effective communication.  

  • Contribute to capability building by advancing project management expertise, developing training content and toolkits, and actively sharing knowledge within the Project Management Chapter.

Who You Are

Success in this role requires a true servant-leader and a master orchestrator with a passion for helping multiple teams collaborate and deliver on a complex plan. You are an exceptional facilitator, a patient coach, and a pragmatic problem-solver who knows how to execute large-scale, global Implementation.

  • Possess a university degree with over 10 years of experience in project/program management.

  • Deep understanding of large-scale program management and technology deployment lifecycles.

  • Extensive expertise in leading global, complex projects, optimizing resources, and prioritizing effectively.

  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop individuals and teams within project setups.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including waterfall, SCRUM, SAFe, and others.

  • Excellent stakeholder and influencing skills for building trust, creating transparency, and managing cross-team dependencies.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication, negotiation, and global collaboration across various levels of a matrix organization.
