Job Summary

The IT Project Manager – Shoreside Applications plays a critical role in delivering complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives that enable operational excellence, scalability, and business value realization across the organization. This role owns the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise application and platform initiatives spanning ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), HCM (Workday), CRM (Salesforce), Reservations (Seaware), core infrastructure and cloud services, and the Data & Analytics ecosystem (Snowflake, Matillion, BI tools).

The role is accountable for environment strategy, integrations, data migrations, testing, cutover execution, and post‑go‑live stabilization, while driving strong stakeholder communication, risk management, and vendor performance oversight to protect business operations and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Essential Functions

  • Own and manage end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑stream IT initiatives across ERP, HCM, CRM, Reservations, Infrastructure/Cloud, and Data & Analytics platforms.
  • Lead project planning activities including project intake, scope definition, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and budget management.
  • Plan and coordinate environments, system integrations, and data migrations in partnership with application, infrastructure, and data teams.
  • Orchestrate testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression), ensuring entry/exit criteria, defect triage, and remediation are met.
  • Develop and execute detailed cutover plans, runbooks, rollback strategies, and go‑live readiness assessments.
  • Coordinate security, risk, and compliance activities to ensure adherence to enterprise and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide transparent project and portfolio reporting, including status, risks, issues, dependencies, financials, and value realization metrics.
  • Actively manage risks, issues, and cross‑team dependencies with strong escalation and resolution discipline.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to manage funding approvals, forecasts, vendor performance, and SOW compliance.
  • Ensure business readiness through process updates, SOP development, training coordination, and change enablement.
  • Lead post‑go‑live stabilization and hypercare, ensuring smooth operational handover to support and operations teams.
  • Track and report on benefits realization and business outcomes following implementation.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, providing clear communication, expectation management, and executive‑level updates.

Competency

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar) preferred

Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of project management experience delivering complex, enterprise‑scale technology initiatives
  • Advanced stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills
  • Strong literacy across ERP, HCM, CRM, Reservation platforms, infrastructure/cloud environments, and data & analytics ecosystems
  • Demonstrated experience with environment planning, integrations, and large‑scale data migrations
  • Proven ability to manage risk, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams and vendors
  • Hands‑on experience orchestrating testing, cutover, rollback, and operational transitions
  • Hands‑on experience participating in Change Approval Boards (CAB) or formal IT change governance processes
  • Strong vendor, contract, and SOW management experience with budget and financial accountability
  • Proficiency with Jira project management tool and strong documentation rigor
  • Solid understanding of security, compliance, and operational readiness requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level presentations
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePoint
  • Experience in highly regulated, mission‑critical, or high‑availability operational environments preferred
  • Prior exposure to luxury hospitality, travel, or service‑oriented industries is a plus

Work Environment

  • Full‑time, hybrid role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL
  • May require extended hours during key project phases such as testing, cutover, or go‑live
  • Occasional travel may be required based on project needs
