Portfolio Manager – Technology / Change & Transformation
We’re looking for a Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of technology change initiatives in a regulated pharma services logistics and distribution environment. You will drive robust governance, prioritisation, delivery assurance and benefits realisation across countries and sites, supporting multi‑million € revenue growth while protecting compliance and operational performance.

What you’ll do
Run portfolio governance (SteerCo cadence), decision logs, stage gates and reporting.
Manage demand intake, business case quality, prioritisation and portfolio shaping.
Own portfolio budgeting/forecasting (CapEx/OpEx), variance management and investment governance support.
Support the track benefits realisation (revenue growth and margin protection) through go‑live and post‑implementation.
Drive portfolio-level RAID and dependency management across IT, Operations, Quality, Finance, and customers.
Ensure regulated delivery readiness (QMS controls, audit trail, validation thinking where applicable).

What you’ll bring
Strong traditional PMO / portfolio or programme leadership experience, ideally in regulated environments (pharma supply chain, healthcare logistics, 3PL or similar).
Proven pan‑European, cross‑site stakeholder management and executive-level reporting.
Financial governance skills (budgeting, forecasting, EAC, business case oversight).
Confidence in integration-heavy change (e.g., WMS/TMS/ERP, EDI/API) and multi-vendor delivery (preferred).
Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/MSP/PfMP/ITIL are beneficial.
