Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful end to end delivery of multiple related complex software projects as an integrated whole, delivering the total business solution on time and within budget and to customer satisfaction. The Project Manager directly manages and is held accountable for large, complex, high risk strategical projects or programs, which requires a high degree of cooperation and/or coordination among multiple functions, organizations, geographic regions, and cultures, and service offers. The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of a project – cost, schedule, and expectations – plus business development and growth objectives for the account over a multi-year period. The Project Manager has ultimate responsibility for NCR Voyix Professional Services most strategic or tactically important projects within Retail Food and Non-Food Industry.
The Project Manager builds a true partnership with senior Retail customer and NCR Voyix executives. In addition, the Project Manager establishes strategic alliances with vendors, subcontractors, and articulates NCR Voyix strategy to retail customers and influences NCR Voyix solutions or line of business strategies.

Job Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding and experience with agile software development and infrastructure project delivery approach, techniques, deliverables and lifecycles.
Advanced cross functional leadership skills: self-direction, acting strategically, think creatively, building of realistic plans, motivates others, adaptable and fosters open communication and other competencies identified in Professional Services role based competency target skill matrix.
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and delegate to team members including cross functional team members.
Expert level of executive and technical communication including verbal and written skills producing clear and unambiguous deliverables, as well as written business communication skills in corresponding with peers and management.
Demonstrates the ability to adapt to and lead, change, and coach others in the acceptance and support of change.
Strong use of MS Tools (Teams, MS Project or equivalent)
Working knowledge of project management information systems or PSA systems
Familiarity with industry standards i.e. Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK), PRINCE II, Agile or equivalent)
Selection Criteria/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
10+ years proven track record of project management experience managing medium to large, complex projects delivering customized and/or software product implementations within Professional Services organizations.
Experience in managing Project P&L up to €10M budget.
Agile experience is a must.
Strong project management competencies and soft skills (i.e. facilitation, conflict resolution, negotiations, executive communications).
Strong managerial and supervisory skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively lead others and those reporting into the projects.
Preferred, Experience within Retail (Food – Non-Food) Industry.
Preferred, a PMP or equivalent industry-standard project management certification like Prince-2 or IPMA.
Language skills: Native Flemish and French and Fluent English
