Senior Project Manager (m/w/d)

der uns bei der Betreuung eines komplexen Bauvorhabens (Hochbau) mit Büro-, Labor- und Kantinenflächen im Rahmen eines Großprojektes im Taunus bei Frankfurt unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Übernahme der Projektleitung als Projektsteuerer und Bauherrenvertreter inkl. regelmäßiges Reporting an den Bauherrn
• Initiierung eines Baustellenlogistik-, Entsorgungs- und Logistikkonzepts und Durchführung einer Ausschreibung und Vergabe
• Mitgestaltung einer Generalunternehmerausschreibung sowie Teilnahme an Vertragsverhandlungen mit Generalunternehmern
• Qualitätskontrolle und kontinuierliche Mängelaufnahme und Mängelverfolgung zur Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Qualitäten
• Schnittstellenmanagement zu benachbarten Baustellen
• Monitoring und Controlling des Generalunternehmers, Führen der wöchentlichen Baubesprechungen mit dem Generalunternehmer
• Planprüfung (KG 300, 500 und 600) und Koordination der Planprüfung zur Schnittstelle der KG 400
• Nachverfolgen von Kosten- und Terminzielen, regelmäßiger Soll-Ist-Abgleich der Ausführungstermine
   

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium als Architekt (m/w/d) oder Bauingenieur (m/w/d)
• Mind. 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bau- und Projektmanagement und/oder der Projektentwicklung
• Bauleitungserfahrung von komplexen Neubauvorhaben und in der Revitalisierung von Hochbauprojekten (Büro, Labor)
• Erfahrung im Controlling und Monitoring von Generalunternehmern und Kenntnisse in der logistischen Abwicklung von Baustellen im innerstädtischen Bereich
• Gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich Baurechtsschaffung (BauGB / Planungsrecht)
• Lust, auf der Baustelle etwas entscheiden und bewegen zu können und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Gute Kenntnisse in den bestehenden Verordnungen (HOAI, VOB) und Normen (DIN) sowie dem Stand der Technik
• Erfahrung im Einsatz von Software zur Terminsteuerung, wie beispielsweise MS Project
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (internationaler Bauherr)
• Interesse am eigenständigen Aufbau von Kundenbindungen
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
