We are looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager for end-to-end HD map production, a vital component in autonomous driving. An idea candidate should demonstrate strong project management experience with 2+ years in the mapping field, a solid understanding of SDLC and agile process, and extensive experience and willingness in working with remote team.
What you’ll be doing:
Understand each stage of end-to-end HD map production process
Monitor efficiency of end-to-end HD map production to ensure timely deliveries
Identify blockers and bottlenecks, and work with various teams to resolve the issues in a timely manner
Propose mapping quality/efficiency improvements, and ensure they are implemented according to priorities
Report HD map production status on a regular basis
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
GIS background a great plus
5+ years of experience in project management work, with over two years dedicated to the mapping sector
Strong grasp of the software development life cycle and agile methodology
Extensive experience working with remote team
Strong desire to improve the status quo
A self-starter that requires minimal supervision
Great team player with excellent communication skills
