Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Project Manager to join our [GBS] Enterprise Program Management Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex, enterprise-level programs and ensuring their alignment with our organization's strategic objectives.

What You'll Do In this role, you will:

  • Lead the implementation of highly complex, multi-service line programs, managing the consolidated scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning.

  • Manage the financial performance and tracking for all assigned programs, measuring progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting updates to executive management.

  • Ensure all program activities meet internal stakeholder requirements and align with strategic goals, while mentoring project teams and fostering a high-performance environment.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 8 years of Senior Project Management experience within a matrix and multi-project environment.

  • Proven leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams of employees and external contractors.

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage program budgets, provide accurate financial forecasting, and oversee resource allocation.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and present clearly to executive management.
