How you’ll make an impact
As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timeline, and budget. You will lead some projects end-to-end in partnership with a project sponsor, while for others you will provide project planning, governance and regular check-ins to support execution by the sponsor. Your ability to manage priorities, maintain clear communication and drive accountability will be critical to ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead full lifecycle delivery for assigned projects, from initiation through to completion, in partnership with a project sponsor.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for all projects under your remit.
- Provide governance and oversight for projects led by sponsors, including regular check-ins, risk management and progress reporting.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies across multiple projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for stakeholders, including status updates and dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools and methodologies.
- Ensure all projects adhere to compliance, quality and governance standards.
What you’ll bring with you
- Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on delivery with governance and oversight responsibilities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira).
- Experience managing risks, budgets and timelines effectively.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to influence without direct authority.
