As a Project Manager at Evinova, you will directly manage projects of low – medium complexity or volume, for a designated account, ensuring successful delivery through project planning, stakeholder collaboration, and agile execution. Low-medium complexity projects are those with less risk, less volume minimal dependencies and / or simplified stakeholder environments. This role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, can navigate clinical operations landscapes, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate requires someone who can effectively manage projects by coordinating teams, resolving dependencies and issues, communicating clearly with stakeholders, and driving progress to keep delivery on track. You will look for practical, win-win solutions and motivate teams to achieve project goals in line with agreed plans.
