The Center’s portfolio covers full software lifecycle, including: Applications Development, Applications Management, DevOps, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Testing, Business and Systems Analysis.

Senior Project Manager

Job location: Poland, preferably Warsaw


 
The successful candidate will join a delivery organization providing Applications Services for multiple customers international and domestic customers. The candidate will be responsible project delivery, working with senior internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that delivered products are meeting agreed specifications, considering scope, schedule and budget constraints.

Primary scope of responsibilities will include:

  • Delivery Application development projects within scope, schedule and budget and with high quality.

  • Management of multiple concurrent projects in the portfolio according to triple constraints.

  • Works on complex projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors

  • Leading the project strategy design, project role staffing, issue resolution and recovery of troubled projects 

  • Manage relationships with project team, sponsors, resource managers and other stakeholders

  • Manages upper-level client delivery relationships

  • Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients

  • Manage resource utilization and allocation to ensure all projects have the correct resources assigned with the appropriate skill sets and capacity to deliver a quality product. 

  • Effectively communicate project status and key project metrics (KPIs) to stakeholders and customers and across enterprise as necessary. 

  • Support business development, including identification and development of new opportunities with clients

  • Support early qualification and assessment for medium to large and complex opportunities

  • Financial management and P&L responsibility 

We require:

  • Master degree and at least 7 years experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivered application projects.

  • PMP or equivalent certification.

  • Agile experience and certification would be highly appreciated.

  • Fluency in English and Polish

  • Experience in projects executed in the Public Sector in Poland

  • Knowledge of tools: e.g. Jira, Confluence.

  • Strong leadership and ownership. 

  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities. 

  • Experience in working with remote teams. 

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project timetables. 

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and assignments.

  • Collaborative approach to people, flexibility and responsiveness.
