Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead critical product migration initiatives as we transition customers from legacy platforms to our new product suite. This role is pivotal in coordinating complex, cross-functional projects that directly impact our customers and business growth. You'll be the central hub connecting sales, marketing, product, engineering, customer success, legal, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth, successful migrations.
What You Will be Responsible For:
Lead end-to-end product migration projects from planning through execution and post-migration support, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment
Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product management, product marketing, engineering, legal, customer success, and operations
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent migration initiatives
Identify and mitigate risks proactively, escalating issues when necessary and developing contingency plans
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements and ensuring clarity across all teams
Track and report on project metrics, maintaining clear visibility into progress, blockers, and outcomes for leadership
Drive process improvements to migration workflows, documentation, and cross-team collaboration
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with internal partners at all levels
Create and maintain project documentation including requirements, status reports, post-mortems, and lessons learned
What You Will Bring to the Position:
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or software product companies
Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
Experience with product launches, migrations, or platform transitions in a software environment
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and how engineering, product, and go-to-market teams collaborate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet)
Problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a B2B SaaS company at a similar stage (mature, mid-market to enterprise)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies
Background working on customer-facing initiatives or understanding customer impact
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
Experience with change management principles and practices
Technical background or ability to understand technical concepts quickly

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $82,500 and $123,750. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
