We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Associate, to join our Program Performance team in Darwin, working alongside a group of highly skilled specialists. In this key role within our Advisory division, you’ll help strengthen and grow our capability in Darwin, while making a real impact across a range of projects. You’ll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of clients across Northern Territory and develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future. You also have the opportunity to work across key sectors including Defence, Social Infrastructure, Transport, Energy and Water.
You will join our Program Performance business where you’ll support our clients and manage relationships with consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
Deliver complex projects and programs ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and specifications.
Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements
Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling and risk management.
Lead multidisciplinary teams – coordinating specialists to deliver high-impact results.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to our ongoing growth and client success.
A sound understanding of project management, and a passion for projects that make a difference to our world
Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
A strong network of industry relationships and connections, with the ability to identify and help secure new opportunities.
Extensive client-side experience across a variety of sectors.
Proven ability to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, managing competing priorities effectively.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
