Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Project Management Specialist to join the MQ25 team in Hazelwood, MO. The selected candidate will have the ability to navigate a fast-paced development program, strong collaboration skills, and a great attitude to enable successful program execution. This position will also support imminent contracts in late 2025/mid-2026, to include Structural Repair Manual, Interim Readiness/Sustainment and LRIP.

Additional responsibilities will include supporting ground and flight test of the initial EMD aircraft. As flight test transitions to Patuxent River, Maryland some travel will be required to support as necessary.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry
  • Leads studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
  • Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
  • Develop and establishes lead time requirements
  • Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industry
  • Leads proposal, technical and cost volume development and project execution by identifying activities, resources, and tasks required to complete the work statement
  • Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
  • Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
  • 3+ years’ experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Experience in proposal development
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, peers and/or partners)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in supplier management or supply chain management
  • Experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience as a Control Account Manager
  • Experience managing contractual deliverables

Summary pay range: $113,050 - $152,950
