Boeing Global Services-Government (BGS-G) is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join the BIO team in Berkeley or Hazelwood, MO.

The Business Integration Office (BIO) drives business/functional alignment, global entity integration and expansion, safety & quality, ERP implementations, and process & tool improvements. This individual contributor will support the BIO Senior Manager by executing project and process workstreams, coordinating with matrixed functional teams, and helping implement systems and practices that increase operational efficiency across Government Services. The role focuses on delivering project tasks, maintaining program artifacts, tracking progress against plans and metrics, and preparing materials for leadership.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support Government Services leaders to improve organizational efficiency using systems, tools, and standardized processes
  • Execute assigned workstreams within programs, plans, and process integrations; track and report progress against metrics and milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with geographically distributed teams to enable timely execution and adoption of new ways of working
  • Drive or support process improvement initiatives and special projects (e.g. functional integration/improvement projects) as directed
  • Perform project management tasks: maintain schedules, update integrated master schedules, manage action item logs, and track RIO (Risks, Issues, Opportunities) artifacts
  • Prepare and consolidate materials for executive briefings, leadership data calls, and stakeholder updates
  • Support development of business cases, white papers, and implementation plans; maintain SharePoint/OneNote and other program artifacts
  • Apply schedule management practices and support affordability and performance improvement analyses as requested

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience, including hands-on execution of project tasks and artifacts
  • 5+ years’ experience using written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership
  • Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • Experience supporting or improving operational health/performance of programs or organizations
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, OneNote, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in Contracts, Estimating, or Supply Chain
  • Familiarity with Program Management Best Practices and tools (e.g., CCB, RIO, Performance Management, Requirements Management, Integrated Master Scheduling)
  • Functional depth to manage complex, multi-disciplinary topics and drive follow-through on action items

Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850
