As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will take ownership of strategic transition and NPI (New Product Introduction) projects, driving them from planning to successful implementation. You will connect engineering, operations and supply chain, ensuring flawless execution and the timely delivery of every milestone. Your leadership will empower cross-functional teams, remove obstacles and ensure that projects set new standards of quality, efficiency and innovation.
What will you do:
Lead transition projects at Operations site (work transfer MAKE/BUY to MAKE) from planning through execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Monitor project progress and regularly report status to senior management and key stakeholders
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to resolve project-related issues efficiently
Develop detailed project plans and collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Production teams
Manage and track project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets
Identify potential risks and delays, working with internal teams and Business Units to eliminate obstacles
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications You Must Have:
Preferred minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management – ideally at Operations
Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related business field
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience of working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
Knowledge and hands-on experience with risk management practices
Knowledge of supply chain processes, ideally within an aerospace organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of MS Project
Advanced English (written and spoken)
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with aerospace or defense industry
Project Management certifications
Experience with reporting and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI)
