Do you have an eye for detail and strong organizational skills?

As a senior project coordinator, you will lead functions related to planning and timely delivery of projects such as bar & restaurant, education and appliance installs for the commercial sales group. You will lead the coordination of projects between external partners and internal stakeholders from start to finish.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes. For this role we are ideally looking for someone in southern Ontario.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate projects between external partners and internal teams including merchandising, operations and other internal departments.
• Conduct store visits to track progress, deficiencies, and assist external partners with any issues that arise.
• Prepare project timelines, critical path, and stakeholder planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on the planning and execution of projects.
• Prepare deficiency lists and coordinate with internal teams to resolve deficiencies.
• Maintain project charter to track project process.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of project management/coordination experience
• 3+ years of experience in directly leading projects
• Strong knowledge of process improvement; excellent communication and analytical skills; excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Annualized Compensation Range

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
