Your Next Career Opportunity – Senior Project Controls Coordinator

In this position, qualified candidates will provide administrative support to Directors, General Managers, and VP of Construction Services in areas to include but not limited to job setups, receiving's transactions, billing, AR/AP, close out packages, change orders, creating and updating of trackers and databases.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Directors, General Managers, and VP of Construction Services.
  • Prepare reports, data/close-out packages, summaries, proposals, and correspondence to project management, the client and other vendors.
  • Work with the project controls group on job set-up with accounting.
  • Assist Project Director’s in scheduling updates on regular basis.
  • Work with the project controls group on billings and payments.
  • Work with the project controls group and accounting on any invoicing and purchase order issues.
  • Create, View, Filter, and Report in the OneVizion Tracking System.
  • Run comparisons and work with construction services to ensure data integrity within OneVizion.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements

    • H.S. Diploma/GED Associates Degree preferred;
      • and 3-5 years relevant experience.
    • Domestic Travel
    • Valid Government Issued Driver's License
