Enablon is looking for a Senior Project and Program Manager
About the Role:
This role is focused on driving business transformation outcomes across key areas such as Go-to-Market (GTM), strategic initiatives, and data governance. Responsibilities include optimizing the end-to-end sales cycle, improving customer and account data quality, establishing robust KPI and metric governance, and ensuring organizational readiness to execute growth strategies.
As an Associate Director, you will lead complex non-technical projects with significant autonomy. Drawing on your extensive project management experience, you will provide expert guidance, support strategic planning, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Strategic execution: Translate strategy into an executable roadmap, facilitate executive workshops, drive decisions, prioritization and benefits tracking.
• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale projects.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
• Manage project budgets and financial performance.
• Oversee risk management and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide expert guidance and support to project teams.
• Facilitate strategic stakeholder communication and engagement.
• Implement process improvements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and project standards.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.
• GTM/Commercial: “Lead cross-functional GTM programs that improve how we generate demand, qualify and convert opportunities, and expand/retain customers—driving measurable impact on pipeline/revenue/retention.”
• Data Governance: “Drive data governance initiatives (Customer 360, account hierarchy, data quality, KPI definitions), incl. stewardship model, decision rights, and adoption.”

Languages: a perfect command of English is required, French and Dutch are a plus.
Location: The Netherlands (Alphen aan den Rijn) - hybrid (8 days a month on site)
