Our Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry team develops and manufactures cutting-edge instruments, consumables, and software solutions for analytical sciences and scientific research. Our comprehensive workflow solutions supercharge productivity and efficiency in food and beverage testing, environmental and industrial testing, biopharma QA/QC, toxicology, and anti-doping. Our products are pivotal in scientific research, supporting multiomics, drug discovery, and clinical research, driving advancements in these vital fields.
Key Responsibilities
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from feasibility to commercial launch
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans aligned to business objectives
Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Lead cross-functional core teams (R&D, Product Management, Product Marketing, etc.)
Coordinate global stakeholders and drive collaboration
Translate complex technical topics into clear executive-level communication
Maintain structured reporting (e.g., dashboards for Leadership Team)
Provide clear status updates and risk visibility
Communicate effectively across teams and senior leadership
Identify and mitigate program risks
Ensure alignment to strategic priorities
Monitor progress and drive accountability across the organization
Qualifications:
6+ years of project/program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field; PMP preferred
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with budgets exceeding $3M
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, PPM Pro)
Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience driving organizational change and working within matrixed organizations
Strong risk management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred
Ability to travel up to 20%
Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
