In this role, you will partner closely with the CMCAO Chief of Staff and the Marketing & Corporate Affairs leadership team to support operational effectiveness, strategic alignment, and coordinated execution across the organization.

You will operate as part of the CMCAO Office team, working alongside senior operators to support executive engagements, strategic initiatives, and the overall rhythm of the business. The office works through a collaborative partner model where team members contribute expertise across initiatives while ensuring continuity, visibility, and alignment across organizational priorities.

This is a highly dynamic role that serves as a trusted operational resource for the CMCAO Office. The role helps translate strategic priorities into structured plans, coordinated execution, and scalable operational processes that support the Marketing & Corporate Affairs organization.

The role also contributes to improving operational systems and workflows across the organization, including identifying opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to improve efficiency, visibility, and coordination.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of program leadership, operational discipline, executive engagement experience, and strong collaboration skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and complex stakeholder dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Office Operations & Strategic Coordination

  • Partner with the CMCAO Chief of Staff and CMCAO Office team to support coordination of key operational and strategic activities across the Marketing & Corporate Affairs organization.

  • Contribute to the preparation and coordination of executive meetings, leadership engagements, and major organizational milestones.

  • Help translate strategic priorities into structured plans, timelines, and coordinated follow-through across teams.

  • Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects that advance organizational priorities.

  • Assist in developing and refining operational frameworks, templates, and processes that improve coordination and efficiency across the organization.

Executive Engagements, Site Visits & Leadership Events

  • Partner with members of the CMCAO Office team to support the planning and execution of executive engagements, leadership meetings, and strategic organizational events.

  • Assist with the coordination of executive site visits, leadership offsites, and key internal and external speaking engagements.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external vendors involved in executive engagements and organizational events.

  • Support the development of scalable processes, planning tools, and best practices that improve engagement planning and execution across the organization.

Organizational Coordination & Operational Visibility

  • Contribute to building and maintaining a coordinated view of key organizational engagements, leadership activities, and major initiatives across the Marketing & Corporate Affairs organization.

  • Partner with Chiefs of Staff, executive assistants, and leadership teams to improve coordination and visibility across major priorities.

  • Assist in identifying scheduling conflicts, operational dependencies, and opportunities for better alignment across initiatives.

  • Support development of tools and systems that enhance transparency and coordination across the CMCAO organization.

Financial Coordination & Operational Support

  • Support financial coordination activities related to CMCAO Office operations, including travel and engagement-related expenses.

  • Partner with Finance and members of the CMCAO Office team to help track operational budgets and maintain accurate reporting.

  • Assist with Purchase Order processes, vendor coordination, invoice tracking, and related financial workflows.

  • Develop familiarity with HP financial terminology and processes including RCOW, CCOW, flash adjustments, MRUs, and related operational planning concepts.

Operational Innovation & AI Enablement

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, AI-enabled tools, and digital workflows.

  • Contribute ideas and experimentation around tools that support reporting, engagement planning, and organizational coordination.

  • Partner with the CMCAO Office team to explore emerging technologies that enhance productivity and information flow across the organization.

  • Stay informed on evolving AI capabilities that may support Marketing & Corporate Affairs operations.

Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Typically 7–10+ years of relevant experience, including experience in program management, operations, strategy, consulting, event leadership, or executive office environments.

  • Experience operating in a complex, fast-paced organizational environment with senior stakeholders is strongly preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proven track record of program or project management, including coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives.

  • Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment when prioritizing activities and deliverables within a dynamic landscape.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • High degree of flexibility and comfort operating in environments where priorities evolve quickly.

  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across teams and functions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex ideas clearly and succinctly.

  • Ability to communicate complex or abstract concepts in a structured and actionable way.

  • Strong analytical thinking and data management skills, including proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, or similar tools.

  • Experience with Power BI or advanced analytics tools is a plus but not required.

  • Interest or experience in AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, or operational innovation is highly valued.

  • Ability to quickly understand financial terminology and operational processes used within HP.

Success in this role means becoming a trusted operational partner within the CMCAO Office, helping bring structure, coordination, and forward momentum to complex initiatives while supporting the leadership team in delivering on key priorities.

You will contribute to creating greater organizational visibility, operational efficiency, and alignment, helping the CMCAO Office scale its ability to support the Marketing & Corporate Affairs organization.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
