Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management:
    • Manage employees assigned into the IPT for the respective product line to execute the IPT plan
    • Align resources from the capabilities/functions to support IPT needs
    • Lead process improvements and establish Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) program goals
  • Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
    • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
  • Employee Development:
    • Manage, develop, and motivate employees across the IPT
  • Business Acumen:
    • Understand how the business operates, including policies, practices, trends, and competition
    • Manage/execute to IPT to allowable budget
    • Lead and develop proposals for IPT scope in support of aligned IPT
  • Systems Thinking:
    • Understand the big picture and inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, anticipating future events and applying systems thinking principles to enhance performance

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Shift:

This position is for 1st shift.

Security Clearance:

This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • More than 1 year of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams
  • More than 1 year of experience working directly with executives or senior leaders
  • More than 1 year of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
  • More than 1 year of experience in a leadership role as a Program Manager, Product Line Manager or Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation
  • communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and foster collaboration

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.)

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $168,300 - $227,700
