Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Marketing Applied Sciences team within General Motors’ Global Marketing Organization. This role will partner closely with product, engineering, data science, architecture, marketing stakeholders and external vendors to drive the successful delivery of complex marketing and advertising technology solutions.
In this role, you will be the operational backbone and execution support for a highly technical product area. You will ensure priorities are clearly defined, work is well-sequenced, dependencies are managed, and delivery is predictable and transparent. You will serve as scrum master, owning the operating rhythm across PI planning, sprint execution, backlog health, stakeholder communications, and vendor coordination.
You will be a critical force multiplier for our Technical Enablement team, enabling us to focus on strategy and solution viability while you drive delivery excellence, team operations, and cross-functional alignment. You will be successful in this role if you thrive in ambiguity, are able to navigate competing priorities with diplomacy, and have a builder's mentality.
