ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Delivers programmatic and execution support aligned with a defined, complex portfolio of accounts, supporting multiple corporate fundraising team members and targeted verticals or segments. 25%
Drives corporate growth by creatively engaging with and enhancing high-impact relationships through supporting and securing renewals with growth plans, prospecting support, pipeline development, creating and executing account and stewardship plans, market research, and effective use of data to drive effective, targeted cultivation efforts. 20%
Serves as a subject manager expert on the sales cycle and Salesforce. Ensure accuracy of account information and up to date documentation of activities and interactions. 15%
Serves as a liaison between account relationship coordinators and teams across the enterprise critical to facilitate the successful execution of corporate partnerships, including but not limited to marketing, communications and legal. 10%
Supports the corporate budget forecast and planning process, ensuring alignment with revenue and opportunities; manages historical relationship data and the execution of budget-related partnership deliverables. 10%
Executes operational aspects of CEOs Against Cancer Chapter(s), corporate initiatives, wellness programs, and other corporate-based activities, with representatives from assigned portfolio of corporate accounts. 10%
Collaborates with Strategic Director, Corporate Partnerships and other peers on approaches to meet income targets, improvements of processes and policies, and overarching optimization to be efficient, effective, and easier with which to conduct business. 10%
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, related field, equivalent or comparable specific work experience.
Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree
Years of experience: Five years of project management or fundraising experience for a multi-million-dollar organization.

Broad knowledge of the overall structure, programs, and services of the American Cancer Society including policies and procedures.
Knowledge of product marketing/sales concepts.
Strong customer service orientation, with extensive experience in effectively addressing, negotiating, and resolving issues with constituents (internal and external).
Ability to respond appropriately and effectively to changing circumstances and priorities.
Proficient in computer-based applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

The starting rate is $70,000 to $75,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
