We’re genuinely invested in your career and no matter where you start with us, that pathway is yours to build
Build on where you’ve come from and lead the delivery of high-impact, cross-functional programs that shape the future of Bunnings. This is your chance to work at the heart of transformation—where digital, data, infrastructure and business come together to make a real difference.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on complexity, brings clarity to ambiguity, and knows how to steer large-scale programs towards meaningful outcomes. You’ll be joining a team that’s collaborative, driven and always inspiring you to give it a red hot go.
What’s involved:
This role is all about leading from the front—bringing structure, momentum and vision to multi-million dollar programs that span the business.
Shape and lead program strategy, business cases and delivery roadmaps that align with enterprise goals.
Drive disciplined delivery rhythms—RAID management, performance check-ins, and executive SteerCo forums.
Craft clear, decision-ready executive packs that help senior leaders navigate trade-offs and make confident calls.
Foster strong relationships across business and tech, enabling alignment and removing roadblocks.
Coach and uplift delivery leads, embedding consistent standards and continuous improvement.
Own program financials, benefits tracking and risk management, ensuring outcomes are realised and value is delivered.
About You:
You’re a strategic thinker and a natural connector—someone who can see the big picture and bring people together to make it happen. You’re confident leading at the executive level, and just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves to solve delivery challenges.
You’ll be joining a team that values collaboration, curiosity and accountability. We back each other, share what we learn, and celebrate progress—big or small.
What you’ll need:
10+ years’ experience leading large-scale ($10m+) technology and business transformation programs.
Proven success operating at $50m+ portfolio scale across digital, ERP, SaaS, POS, supply chain and customer operations.
Strong executive presence—able to chair ELT-level SteerCos and influence senior stakeholders.
Deep expertise in program initiation, strategy, governance, benefits realisation and risk management.
Skilled in Jira/ADO, Confluence, PPM tools, and executive storytelling using PowerPoint and Miro.
Degree in Business, IT or related field; Agile and project management certifications highly regarded.
You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
