Boeing VancouverBoeing Vancouver is seeking a Senior Program Manager reporting to the Digital Services Delivery and Product Operations Manager. The position will be based from our Richmond, British Columbia office, and a hybrid work style is offered.
The Senior Program Manager ensures alignment of Data, AI & Analytics portfolio execution with Digital Services strategy and priorities.
Position Responsibilities:
Ensure alignment between Digital Services strategy and priorities and Data, AI & Analytics portfolio execution.
Define and manage program execution plans (timelines, budget and resource allocation) for the portfolio and work with the cross-functional Technology teams to deliver to the plans.
Establish and enforce a robust risks, issues and opportunities (RIO) process/framework for the portfolio.
Establish a visible, standardized and streamlined reporting structure for status updates, RIO management and performance tracking (OKRs and KPIs).
Report on the progress and performance of the portfolio to senior leadership.
Serve as the primary coordinator between the Product & Design and Technology verticals to align research and development priorities and drive the research roadmap for the Analytics Ecosystem.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years portfolio/program management across multiple technical initiatives and stakeholders.
Proven cross-functional leadership aligning business strategy, user experience, and software engineering.
Track record defining and managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Experience establishing and running RIO (risk, issues, opportunities) governance.
Technical literacy in analytics ecosystem architecture, data engineering, and integration.
Must be legally able to work in Canada.
Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods.
Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or other scaled-Agile certification.
Demonstrated experience with portfolio budgeting and financial forecasting.
Practical knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and ML lifecycle.
Change management and process standardization experience.
Skilled in defining and tracking OKRs, KPIs, and standardized performance reporting across empowered teams.
Familiarity with Agile or scaled-Agile delivery frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or hybrid).
Strong communication and reporting skills.

Salary pay range - $113,000.00 – $202,000.00 CAD
