We are seeking a highly adaptable Senior Professional to lead the development, implementation, and continuous evolution of marketing capability tools and platforms.
This role will be a strategic thinker with strong technical fluency, marketing acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive scalable solutions across the marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with global, geo, marketing, and cross-functional teams including marketing, tech and operations, to align on capability strategies and roadmaps.
- Translate marketing needs to technical requirements and track capability workstreams using Agile methodologies.
- Generate reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
2.Marketing Operation efficiency uplift & Capability Innovation: Bring inspiration and build path to the future looking marketing capability landscape
- Analyze end-to-end marketing workflows to identify pain points and requirements for digital enablement.
- Design and evolve capability solutions that support a wide range of markeing functions.
- Proactively propose innovative capability solutions that improve productivity, collaboration and scalability.
3.Tool Configuration and delivery: Manage End to End solution delivery, from business needs understanding, requirements summary, solution building, training and change management
- Lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of a diverse suite of marketing tool (e.g. Excel-based solutions, Airtable, Smartsheet).
- Apply basic scripting (e.g. VBA, JavaScript, Phython) and low-code/ no-code platforms to automate workflows.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve tool performance based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
- Develop and deliver training programs to onboard and upskill teams on digital tools and solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, playbooks, and self-service resources to support scalable tool adoption.
- Act as a change agent to drive digital capability maturity across marketing teams.

- Presentation skills: including good story telling capabilities, and slides building capabilities
- Project & Change Management: Competencies of managing capability projects and driving adoption across teams. Understanding of Agile practices is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency & Data analysis capabilities:Has experience or interested and able to drive self learning in Airtable or similar tools (e.g., Notion, Smartsheet) . Support scripting and automation are required.Familiarity with other languages (e.g. JavaScript, Python) is a strong plus.
- Marketing Acumen:Solid understanding of marketing concepts, workflows and terminology.Experience with or exposure to end-to-end marketing process is highly valuable.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or digital transformation
- Consulting experience is a strong plus
- Marketing operations knowledge and experience is a strong plus
