As a Senior Executive Administrator, you will provide high-impact administrative and operational support to the executive leadership team at Samsung SARC/ACL.
In this trusted partnership role, you enable executive effectiveness by managing complex logistics, anticipating leadership needs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations with discretion and professionalism. You also contribute to an engaging work environment by supporting employee experience initiatives and onsite coordination in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
You serve as a trusted administrative partner to senior executives, providing comprehensive support including complex calendar management, prioritization of competing requests, coordination of meetings across multiple time zones.
You manage executive business travel end-to-end, coordinating flights, lodging, transportation, itineraries, and accurate expense report preparation and submission.
You handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion, exercising sound judgment and professionalism in all interactions.
You take initiative to anticipate leadership needs, proactively identifying and resolving administrative, scheduling, and logistical challenges to enable executive focus and effectiveness.
You elevate employee experience and onsite operations by supporting All Hands meetings, employee events, ad hoc administrative needs, and core office operations, such as supply management, shipping and receiving, visitor coordination, and serving as a point of contact for office-related inquiries.
Skills and Qualifications
Ability to work onsite five days per week at the client office in San Jose, CA.
5+ years of experience as an Executive Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership teams.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Effective problem-solving skills and strong attention to details.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity independently in a fast-paced, global team environment.
Strong proficiency with standard office tools, including calendar systems, email platforms, travel booking tools, and expense reporting systems.
Experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously is a plus.
Total Rewards
At Samsung – SARC/ACL, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $105,600 and $158,400. Your actual base pay will depend on variables that may include your education skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Samsung employees have access to benefits including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), onsite lunch, employee purchase program, tuition assistance (after 6 months), paid time off, student loan program, wellness incentives, and many more. In addition, regular full-time employees (salaried or hourly) are eligible for MBO bonus compensation, based on company, division, and individual performance.
Additionally, this role might be eligible to participate in long term incentive plan and relocation.
This is an exempt position, which is not eligible for overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
