Role Responsibilities
As Senior Product Owner, you manage complex projects affecting the operations of a business function.
Coordinates activities of a project team, including research, analysis, documentation, design/develop testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review/audit.
Monitors/evaluates project progress maintains project documentation and develops presentations for communication.
Creates process flows and test cases, conducts testing, recognizes problem areas, analyzes solutions, and makes recommendations for resolution.
Work has a direct monetary impact on functional strategies. Works on complex projects which can have a significant impact on operating efficiencies.
Position requires considerable evaluation, originality, or ingenuity.
oversee the delivery of new products such as digital channels and payment methods.
Work together with the IT support product team, and also Commercial areas to generate improvements in processes (end-to-end).
You will create new business proposals related to digital products and assist the area leader.
Role Requirements
For this role, you will need to have 2 years of previous digital product experience as Product Manager or Product Owner. Experience in FinTech or digital payments are desirable. A bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Advanced English level.
You will need product management skills, organization, detail-oriented, and meeting deadlines.
Microsoft package is required.
Experience in operations management supporting multi projects.
Troubleshooting experience.
Attention to detail and follow-through skills a must. Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and project leadership. Assertive communication with different teams.
Logic skills to identify, develop, evaluate alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Also, excellent organizational and time management skills. Besides great exposure and the autonomy to make decisions.
Work Shift
