The Senior Manager, Product Marketing is a senior individual contributor and player-coach, responsible for owning critical product marketing initiatives while mentoring and supporting a small team of product marketers. This role owns product positioning, messaging, GTM launches, and sales enablement in close partnership with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Reporting to the VP of Arc XP Marketing, this role partners closely with Product, Sales, Partners, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate customer and market insights into compelling narratives, scalable GTM programs, and measurable business results. In this role, product marketing is a key driver of revenue growth, adoption, and customer expansion.
This role operates with a high degree of autonomy while aligning closely with senior marketing and product leadership.
Owning outcomes across the product lifecycle, from positioning and launches to adoption, expansion, and revenue impact.
Defining strategy and executing at scale—shaping platform and AI narratives while driving measurable go-to-market results.
Thriving in complex, cross-functional environments and bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to evolving products and markets.
Shape and evolve Arc XP’s AI narrative, helping customers and the market understand the value, trust, and outcomes of AI-driven capabilities within the platform.
Own product marketing strategy for key areas of Arc XP’s platform and AI-powered capabilities, contributing to a cohesive platform narrative aligned to company objectives and revenue goals.
Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products and major enhancements, including positioning, launch planning, cross-functional alignment, and measurement.
Define and evolve positioning, messaging, and narrative across buyer personas, industries, and regions, ensuring consistency across customer touchpoints.
Define messaging and enablement for complex buying groups spanning technical, business, and executive stakeholders in long-cycle enterprise sales motions.
Serve as the voice of the market and customer, synthesizing insights from customers, sales, partners, and analysts to inform product strategy and investment decisions.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to translate customer needs into compelling product stories that drive adoption and growth.
Serve as the primary product marketing partner to Partner and Customer Marketing teams, ensuring consistent positioning and value messaging.
Own sales enablement strategy and effectiveness, ensuring sales and partners are equipped to successfully sell and differentiate Arc XP’s offerings.
Collaborate with Demand Gen, Brand, Content, and Growth teams to integrate product messaging into campaigns that drive pipeline and expansion.
Define and track success metrics for launches and GTM initiatives, including pipeline influence, adoption, sales effectiveness, and contributions to retention and analyst engagement.
Drive pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy in close partnership with Finance and Product Management.
Mentor and develop other product marketers, contributing to team growth and best practices.
Drive operational excellence by building scalable processes and best practices.
8+ years of product marketing experience including leadership in enterprise B2B SaaS environments
Experience with AI-driven or platform-based B2B SaaS products.
Domain and industry knowledge in the media industry, and media technology is a preferred.
2–3 years of experience mentoring or managing product marketers and contributing to high-performing teams in fast-paced growth environments.

Strong ability to translate complex technical features into business-oriented messaging for diverse audiences
Demonstrated experience building GTM strategies, launching new products, and achieving measurable awareness, adoption, or pipeline growth
Comfortable operating cross-functionally with Sales, Partners, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to align market strategy with execution
Outstanding communication skills - ability to work across teams and communicate marketing goals/results at a team, executive, and company level, both internally and externally
Ability to adapt to changing deadlines, emerging needs, policy changes, and the variety of nuances that can happen in product development
Ability to operate at a strategic level to define new market opportunities and assess product-market fit but also to work tactically to drive projects to successful completion
Clear thinker and communicator with excellent written and oral communication
Proven problem solver, able to discern the crux of an issue, and use good judgment in recommending practical solutions
Organized and process-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a technical discipline
A graduate or MBA degree is preferred though not required

The salary range for this position is:
$91,800 - $153,000 AnnualThe actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
