At the core of Pennylane’s ambition to become the all-in-one financial hub for SMEs, the Financial Services track is scaling fast - launching new Pro Account features that are critical to our clients' success, and transforming how they manage payments, cash-in, employee expenses, short-term financing.
To maximize adoption, revenue and business impact, we’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will own and orchestrate full-funnel GTM, feature activation and internal teams enablement for our Financial Services track.

Who you’ll work with?
You’ll partner closely with:
- Product Managers and Product Designers to scope launches, positioning and learning loops.
- Data for measurement and experiment read‑outs.
- Brand for narrative coherence and asset quality.
- Sales, Marketing, CS, Education to make every team “go‑to‑market ready”.
- You’ll join the Pennylane PMM team: access to peer reviews and a community of practice to learn, share and scale.
- You’ll report to the Financial Services Group PMM (Déborah).

Your scope will include a couple of key responsibilities, including ⏬ 
- Own and orchestrate all GTM activities for feature launches (from scoping, stakeholder mapping, planning, execution to post-launch feedback and iteration).
- Scale enablement and drive cross-team alignement: create playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks and training programs that make every customer-facing team “go-to-market ready”, ensuring everyone knows what to pitch, to whom and how.
- Ensure every launch translates into measurable adoption and revenue, with full-funnel tracking (acquisition âž” activation âž” adoption) and systematic feedback loop.
- Challenge and improve existing GTM playbooks to fit a fast‑scaling Financial Services track.
Identify, analyze and solve blockers to adoption and revenue (acquisition friction, activation gaps, messaging issues, etc.).

- You’ll start leveraging users and market insights to influence the Product roadmap and prioritization.
- You’ll foster evangelization of the Product Marketing function all across the organization.

Within 6 months
- You’ll have built solid processes enabling optimal feature launches and maximizing value of user research.
- You’ll be the go-to person to efficiently support and enable the Sales, Growth & CS teams on your scope: every launch is “plug-and-play” for our stakeholders.
- You’ll leverage an extensive market understanding to influence our product strategy.
- You’ll put user engagement, feature adoption and utilization at the core of the Product manager’s concerns.
