Maven is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Fertility & Family Building who will be at the forefront of shaping how our fertility and family-building solutions resonate with our customers and the market. Reporting into the Director of Product Marketing, you will own the end-to-end strategy for messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution for Maven’s Fertility & Family Building and payments product lines, including Maven’s leading carve-out fertility solution. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Fertility & Family Building at Maven, you will:

  • Develop clear, memorable, and differentiated product messaging for Maven’s Fertility & Family Building solutions that resonates with target audiences, including employers and health plans.
  • Create original storytelling that builds urgency in the fertility and family-building category, highlights Maven’s clinically managed approach, and connects buyers to the life-changing family journeys Maven supports.
  • Define market segments and personas, and develop value propositions that resonate with these audiences.
  • Create sales materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs) to enable GTM teams to effectively communicate product value.
  • Train commercial teams on product positioning, messaging, and updates.
  • Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Communications, and Sales to lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, features, and campaigns.
  • Partner with Maven’s Clinical & Research teams to demonstrate how Maven’s evidence-based programming leads to healthier outcomes and cost savings for employers and health plans.
  • Partner with Sales to gather feedback on positioning and refine strategies based on market response.
  • Partner with Customer Success to develop case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
  • Partner with Maven Product Marketing Research & Intelligence to regularly analyze and report on market trends and competitive movements within fertility and family benefits.

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, 3+ years of experience within healthcare, fertility, or benefits 
  • B2B go-to-market experience—within healthcare, fertility, or benefits preferred. 
  • Creative storytelling skills—the ability to quickly connect with an audience and distill complex concepts into simple, intuitive, and compelling narratives.
  • Ability to quickly learn a complex product and synthesize that into simple, high value messaging for commercial teams and the market. 
  • Commercial mindset and high energy to win new business.

The base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.

This role requires active work authorization in the US.
