What you’ll do
 
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Doctolib Connect team.
 
As a Senior Product Manager on the Doctolib Connect team, your mission will be to build products that enhance care cooperation among healthcare professionals across Europe. You will focus on developing user-friendly solutions that meet market demands, such as patient case collaboration, tele-expertise between professionals, and patient referral flows.
 
Working in the product team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in cross-functional teams in an agile environment, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business teams.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Contributing to our product strategy to grow the Doctolib Connect Care Cooperation stack.
  • Continuously measuring the adoption and impact of your product changes and the health of our network, and iterating as needed to achieve the desired outcomes for your product and our overall company goals.
  • Developing new products and features by analyzing data, conducting user interviews, researching competitors, and leveraging cross-functional insights to uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the engineering, design, and research team to continuously translate insights into opportunities, hypotheses, tests and features that are proven to delight our 900,000+ users and contribute directly to growing Doctolib Connect's network of healthcare professionals.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams (including sales, marketing, support, and company management) to ensure that the solutions we discover and develop are serving our users & customers, in ways that meet the needs of the business in each of our target markets.

About our product environment

Our clinical software revolutionizes how health professionals provide care by automating documentation and data sharing tasks while augmenting them with AI clinical assistants. Our Clinical OS is evolving from task-centric to truly patient-centric, integrating advanced modules for diagnosis, treatment, population health, and practitioner-patient-practice collaboration. We leverage AI ethically across our products to empower patients and health professionals. Our ambition is to grow from 45M€ to 300M€ ARR by launching revolutionary AI clinical assistants that change how health professionals provide care.

Who you are

Before you read on — if you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.
  • You have 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years working on mobile applications
  • You have shipped products that delivered meaningful business results and proven value for users
  • You have an analytical mindset, approaching problems from an inquisitive and scientific perspective while balancing quantitative and qualitative insights
  • You have excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders, drive vision, and clearly explain user value and business impact
  • You are fluent in English
Now it would be fantastic if you:
  • Have experience developing SaaS or mobile products with community-driven features such as social networking, communication services, or workplace collaboration tools
  • Have knowledge of healthcare environments
  • Have experience working in product-led organizations at scale
  • Have German or Dutch C1 language fluency
