- Present wins, progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
- Foster strong relationship management practices with key stakeholders:
- Build relationships with existing and emerging stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose client data solutions.
- Provide advisory services on application capabilities and data availability for projects initiated outside of CIA.
- Manage expectations by setting clear priorities, communicating timelines and trade-offs, and articulating outcomes to partners.
- Develop solutions in partnership with stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA engineers.
- Support the safety and soundness of client information:
- Identify existing and emerging control gaps that expose the organization to data risks and escalate with recommended mitigants.
- Define, prioritize, and implement controls within the application that ensure technological, operational, and regulatory resilience.
- Partner with the Data Management Office, Chief Data Office, and Data Privacy teams to adopt data management standards of care including metadata management, data lineage capture, risk assessment, data quality monitoring, and control development.
- Ensure continuous monitoring and improvements to the application’s control framework to sustain safety and soundness over time.
- Ensure appropriate processes are in place to identify, track and resolve incidents pertaining to the application.
