Overview of the role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to work closely with Directors of Product on shaping early product direction and evaluating new strategic opportunities. Unlike domain Product Managers, this role operates horizontally across the product suite — investigating customer and market problems, assessing commercial viability, and helping define where we place our future bets.

You will bring structure, clarity, and rigorous thinking to ambiguous spaces. This includes turning early concepts into well-formed opportunities, framing customer value and expected impact, and building investment cases that support confident, insight-led decision-making. You will also act as a bridge between Directors of Product and Senior Product Marketing Managers, ensuring ICPs, messaging exploration, and early GTM considerations are grounded in evidence.

This role strengthens our ability to make informed strategic decisions and ensures new initiatives are set up for commercial and customer success from the outset.

What you will be responsible for

  • Analyse customer insight, behavioural patterns, market trends, and competitive activity to identify and shape new product opportunities.

  • Work with Directors of Product to assess the strategic and commercial potential of opportunities, building clear and credible investment cases.

  • Partner with Senior Product Marketing Managers to refine ICPs, messaging angles, and early go-to-market considerations.

  • Support Directors in exploring long-term product directions, including new capabilities, adjacent opportunities, and monetisation pathways.

  • Produce concise, evidence-led recommendations that support prioritisation and strategic decision-making.

  • Help ensure new product ideas are clearly framed, validated early, and aligned to customer problems and broader product strategy.

Experience

  • Experience in product, strategy, or commercially focused roles requiring structured thinking and strong analysis.

  • Background in digital product development, ideally within B2B SaaS or other complex technology environments.

  • Skilled at breaking down ambiguous or unstructured problems into clear, actionable opportunities.

  • Analytical strength across customer insight, competitive analysis, and commercial modelling.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Engineering, influencing without authority.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a concise, evidence-driven style suited to senior audiences.
