The Position
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities
1. Indication Strategy & Brand Management
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for Faricimab RVO/ME indications to achieve market share and growth targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and patient flow to refine the product positioning in a competitive anti-VEGF/Ang-2 landscape.
Translate complex clinical data (e.g., durability and dual-pathway inhibition) into compelling value propositions for diverse stakeholders.
2. "Strong Base" (强基) Project Leadership
National Policy Alignment: Direct the "Strong Base" initiative to ensure Faricimab’s integration into the national hierarchical medical system.
Grassroots Education: Design and implement large-scale education programs specifically for primary and community-level doctors to improve early screening and referral of RVO-ME patients.
Vertical Linkage: Establish a seamless referral mechanism between "Class A" tertiary hospitals and community health centers to ensure patient continuity of care.
3. Strategic Academic Programs
Organize high-level academic conferences, advisory boards, and regional workshops.
Identify and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at both the national and regional levels.
Develop medical education materials that simplify RVO-ME pathology and the benefits of Faricimab for broader clinical use.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the Sales team to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategies in the field.
Work closely with Market Access and Government Affairs to navigate reimbursement policies and hospital listing processes.
Collaborate with the Medical Affairs team to generate local evidence and post-marketing clinical insights.
Education/Qualifications
5+ years’ working experience in marketing and sales.
Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical / business or related
Strong experience in related T.A. with solid KOL relationships.
Fluent English ability for frequent communication.
