  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities and compliance timelines.

  • Conduct product discovery through user interviews, data analysis, and market research to identify opportunities and validate solutions.

  • Translate complex financial requirements into well-scoped, technically feasible, and prioritized product features.

  • Drive integration strategies with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) and ensure seamless data flow across revenue processes.

  • Ensure product compliance with ASC 606, IFRS 15, and evolving revenue recognition requirements globally.

  • Collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features.

  • Analyze KPIs and financial data to measure product impact, uncover insights, and drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years of product management experience, preferably in finance, accounting, or enterprise SaaS environments.

  • Deep understanding of Accounts Receivable workflows and revenue recognition principles, particularly ASC 606 / IFRS 15.

  • Experience with ERP platforms such as Workday.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and work closely with engineering, finance, and compliance.

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar).

  • Experience with roadmapping, prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW), and Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication and receptive listening skills, with ability to present sophisticated ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with virtual and global cross functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise finance software.

  • Exposure to Revenue Management platforms (e.g., Zuora).
