As our Senior Product Manager, you'll spearhead a dynamic portfolio, driving innovation and strategy in one of the world's leading financial institutions.
This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days in the office at our London offices.
What You will do?
Strategic Vision: Craft and execute a bold product roadmap aligned with RBC's goals, turning Data & AI into tangible business impact.
End-to-End Leadership: Guide products from ideation to launch, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and BI developers to build intuitive, game-changing solutions.
Stakeholder Influence: Rally cross-functional teams (from marketing to compliance) around a shared vision, ensuring seamless execution and buy-in.
Innovation Culture: Champion experimentation, agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making to keep us ahead of the curve.

Must-Have
Experience: Proven track record in product management, ideally with AI/ML products, and a track record of shipping enterprise-level solutions.
Technical Savvy: Comfort discussing architectural trade-offs and emerging tech trends.
Leadership DNA: A strategic thinker who inspires teams, manages ambiguity, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Customer Obsession: A passion for solving real-world problems with user-centric design.
Qualifications: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's/MBA a plus).
