Your day at Ferring
In this position, your primary tasks will be to:
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for assigned products and indication areas in Germany
Design and implement integrated campaigns, concepts, and action plans aligned with business objectives
Continuously monitor market trends, submarkets, and competitive developments to refine product positioning
Conduct ongoing business analysis (e.g., NPP, product performance, market opportunities)
Develop product profiles, marketing plans, and brand strategies, including value-added concepts
Identify and drive innovative initiatives to improve patient pathways and customer value
Plan and coordinate sales activities (e.g., SKU planning) in close collaboration with controlling
Manage and monitor budgets effectively
Develop and implement customer-focused solutions across multiple channels (omnichannel approach), based on customer insights and decision journeys
Deliver product training for internal stakeholders in collaboration with Medical and Sales teams
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Market Access
Support organizational change initiatives and the implementation of new ways of working and technologies
Represent the company at national and international meetings, committees, and events
Behind our innovation…There’s you
University degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a comparable field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry (ideally in Maternal Health / RM/MH / Gynecology)
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and its networks
Experience in sales planning and digital/omnichannel marketing
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results and performance
Good knowledge of medical and healthcare policy environments
Experience in product launches is highly desirable
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
Confident presentation and moderation skills
Proven experience in project planning and management
Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic personality
Knowledge of value-based healthcare principles
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
Proficient in MS Office
Ideally, you also bring (nice to have):
Digital affinity and interest in innovative engagement models
Knowledge in oncology
Familiarity with pharmacy-related environments
Understanding of the hospital landscape in Germany
Experience with the tool Veeva
