This includes the systems, workflows and decisioning that help Tide detect, assess and respond to suspicious activity, while balancing compliance, operational efficiency and member experience.

You will own the product experience for key transaction risk processes, from alert generation and prioritisation through to investigation, case handling and downstream actions. You will work at the intersection of product, operations, data, engineering, risk and compliance to build effective, scalable and well-controlled solutions that support Tide’s growth across markets.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives, operational needs and regulatory requirements for Ongoing Monitoring.

Customer and operational advocacy: Champion both the member experience and the internal user experience throughout the monitoring and investigation lifecycle. Understand pain points for members, investigators and operations teams, and translate them into product requirements.

Risk Management: Collaborate closely with risk, compliance and financial crime teams to ensure transaction monitoring and case management capabilities meet relevant regulatory expectations across AML, CTF and sanctions controls.

Product Development & Delivery:

  • Define and prioritise product features and enhancements across monitoring, alert handling, investigations and controls
  • Work closely with engineering, design, data science and analytics teams to deliver high-quality monitoring solutions
  • Manage the product lifecycle from discovery and conception through launch and ongoing iteration
  • Partner with design to improve both the digital member experience and the internal investigator and operations experience, driving better efficiency, consistency and control

Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse operational, customer and risk data to identify improvement opportunities, monitor performance and inform product decisions. Use KPIs to optimise effectiveness, quality, speed and cost.

Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmap and trade-offs to internal stakeholders including senior leadership, operations, risk and compliance teams, and cross-functional partners.
