Senior product manager, Intapp Walls - platform integrations
Location: Charlotte, NC · Remote (U.S.)
About the role
Intapp is a high-growth, well-established leading supplier of enterprise SaaS business applications software serving the professional and financial services vertical markets. Intapp Compliance solution offers risk and compliance professionals the solutions they need to thoroughly evaluate new business, onboard clients quickly and monitor relationships throughout the client lifecycle.
Intapp Walls is a core product within Intapp’s Compliance solution and is the most widely deployed ethical wall and information barrier solution in professional services. Trusted by law, accounting, consulting, and financial services firms, Walls enforces confidentiality across every application that touches sensitive client data. As agentic AI reshapes how firms work, Walls has become the governance layer that makes firm-wide AI adoption possible without compromising professional responsibility obligations.
This role owns end-to-end integration strategy for Walls across the Intapp product suite: turning Walls into the compliance backbone that secures the firm’s full application stack. You will define the roadmap, drive delivery, and bring capabilities to market across product, engineering, GTM, and implementation partners.
Key responsibilities
Platform integrations
Own the product roadmap for four strategic internal integration workstreams:
Intapp Celeste: enforce ethical wall policies at every layer of Firm AI (retrieval, context, output)
Intapp DealCloud: extend information barrier enforcement into deal and relationship management workflows
Intapp Collaboration: apply wall policies across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Intapp Workspaces
Intapp Time: govern access to matter-level timekeeping data consistent with wall restrictions
Author product requirements; lead sprint ceremonies, story refinement, and release planning with engineering
Coordinate with other product managers owning external integrations and the Walls SDK to maintain a consistent policy model across all surfaces
Go-to-market and enablement
Partner with product marketing to develop positioning and sales narratives for platform integration capabilities
Build sales enablement materials (battlecards, demo scripts, objection handling) and implementation partner documentation
Support strategic sales cycles: executive conversations, POCs, and RFP responses
Define and track adoption metrics, client outcomes, and competitive win/loss data to inform the roadmap
Client and market engagement
Serve as the subject matter expert on Walls integrations in client advisory sessions and industry events
Translate regulatory requirements across legal, accounting, consulting, investment banking, and private capital into product requirements
Identify opportunities to extend Walls enforcement as AI adoption accelerates across firm environments
What you bring
5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management with ownership of integrations, platform connectors, or cross-product features
Deep understanding of access control models, permissions architectures, and data governance in regulated environments
Hands-on familiarity with LLMs and agentic AI systems: you understand how retrieval, context windows, and agent orchestration work well enough to define meaningful governance requirements for them
Commercial instincts: you understand how integration capabilities affect sales cycles and client retention
Experience driving GTM programs: sales enablement and implementation partner readiness, not just product releases
Ability to align engineering, sales, marketing, and client success around a shared plan
Industry knowledge in legal, accounting, consulting, investment banking, or private capital strongly preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 architecture (Teams, SharePoint, permissions models) is an advantage
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; willingness to travel 15–25%
