About the Role
The Senior Product Manager, Users Team will own the foundational systems that power identity, authentication, user lifecycle management, internal notifications, and audit logging across HighLevel. These primitives are mission-critical to platform security, cross-surface consistency, compliance, and user experience for millions of agency and SMB users.
You will define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for HighLevel’s core user systems, ensuring they are secure, extensible, reliable, and intuitive. As HighLevel continues to scale globally and expands its multi-product ecosystem, this role will directly influence the platform’s trust, adoption, and long-term extensibility.
This is a high-impact role reporting into the Associate Director, Product Management (Platform & Core Products), and working closely with engineering, design, security, and cross-functional product pods to deliver seamless identity flows, robust audit trails, and scalable internal notification systems.
What You’ll Own
1. Identity, Login & Authentication
- Lead the product vision for user identity and authentication across web, mobile, API, and ecosystem integrations.
- Evolve our auth stack to support modern security standards (SSO, OAuth, MFA, passwordless, device trust, risk-based auth).
- Improve onboarding and login flows for agencies, sub-accounts, and end users across HighLevel’s multi-tier model.
- Ensure reliability, uptime, and scalable session management as the platform grows.
2. Internal User Notifications
- Build a unified internal notifications framework powering real-time and system-triggered communications across the HighLevel ecosystem.
- Define rules, delivery guarantees, prioritization models, and UI/UX patterns to ensure consistent, actionable notifications.
- Partner with product pods to standardize notifications and reduce fragmentation across tools.
3. Audit Logs & Compliance Infrastructure
- Own HighLevel’s audit logging strategy covering user actions, system events, permission changes, and security-critical operations.
- Deliver transparent, tamper-resistant logs to support compliance needs, debugging, and customer trust.
- Enable internal teams and external agencies to access meaningful, searchable audit trails via APIs and UI surfaces.
What You’ll Do
- Define and evolve the long-term platform roadmap for identity, notifications, and audit systems aligned with company-wide strategy.
- Translate cross-functional needs into system-level solutions that scale across millions of users.
- Partner deeply with engineering to drive architectural decisions, prioritization, and execution excellence.
- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Mobile, and cross-product teams to ensure consistent user experience and compliance.
- Establish KPIs and instrumentation for reliability, performance, adoption, and operational efficiency.
- Influence standards and platform patterns used across all HighLevel pods to drive uniformity and reduce duplication.
- Work with Support, CX, and Partner teams to reduce friction, improve account recovery, and enhance administrative tools.
- Communicate clearly with executives and stakeholders through roadmap reviews, strategy docs, and execution updates.

- 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform, security, or identity-focused domains.
- Strong experience with authentication, authorization, permissions, user management, or systems-level product areas.
- Proven track record of shipping large-scale, cross-functional, technical products.
- Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive experiences for internal and external users.
- Strong collaboration skills—able to influence engineering, design, security, and go-to-market stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision-making with experience defining metrics and leveraging analytics.
