💼 The Role

As a Senior PM, you will own a key slice of our product roadmap. You will sit at the intersection of Regulation, Technology, and Business.

We expect you to be a "Product CEO" for your area. You won't just manage a backlog; you will drive the strategy. We explicitly expect you to use AI as a force multiplier. Whether it's using LLMs to synthesize complex tax laws into user stories, or using data tools to predict churn, you should be the type of PM who uses technology to make better decisions, faster.

• Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own the Vision: Define the roadmap for your product line, ensuring it aligns with our broader mission.

  • Data-Driven Prioritization: Evaluate opportunities and risks using data, not guesses. Integrate AI insights to speed up market research.

  • Commercial Mindset: Shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies. You understand that a great technical product must also be a sellable product.

• Execution, Engineering & Design

  • Technical API Design: You are responsible for the "what" and the "how" of our interface. You will define high-quality API specifications and ensure our endpoints are developer-friendly, scalable, and logical.

  • Requirement Engineering: You will take a structured approach to requirements. You translate complex legal texts into precise technical requirements and acceptance criteria, minimizing ambiguity for the engineering team.

  • Compliance & Certification: You will manage the product certification lifecycle. You ensure the product not only meets local regulations but successfully passes external audits and technical certifications—this is non-negotiable in our industry.

  • Backlog Management: Manage the value increment. You ensure the engineering team always has clear, refined tickets (utilizing AI for backlog grooming where appropriate).

• Collaboration & Leadership

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead initiatives involving engineering, sales, and compliance.

  • AI Champion: Encourage the adoption of AI and automation. If there is a tool that makes us faster, we want you to test it.

  • Mentorship: Help junior PMs grow by sharing best practices and contributing to our internal product culture.

👀 What You Bring

• Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on Product Management experience. You have managed a product through its lifecycle and held accountability for its success.
• Technical API Experience: You have hands-on experience designing RESTful APIs or similar interfaces. You can read Swagger/OpenAPI documentation and discuss payload structures with engineers.
• Encryption & Security Fluency: You have a foundational technical understanding of cryptography, specifically digital signatures, PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), and encryption standards. You understand why our receipts are tamper-proof.
• Requirement Engineering: You are disciplined in documenting requirements. You know how to break down massive regulatory documents into atomic, testable engineering tasks.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in Fintech, RegTech, or Compliance-heavy SaaS is highly valued. You are comfortable operating in environments where "move fast and break things" doesn't apply to the law.
• The "AI-Augmented" Workflow: You actively use AI tools in your daily work (e.g., for research, drafting, or data analysis). You view AI as a standard part of the PM toolkit, not a novelty.
• Business Acumen: You understand LTV, CAC, and Churn. You can build a business case, not just a feature list.
• Stakeholder Management: You are a proactive communicator who can align a Sales VP and a Lead Engineer on the same goal.
• Languages: English, (C1 Level). Any other european language is a plus.
