Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Business Partnership & Problem Discovery

  • Partner with Global Operations and functional business teams to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.

  • Identify and prioritize business problems that can be effectively addressed through AI‑driven products and solutions.

  • Translate operational challenges into clear product opportunities, value hypotheses, and success metrics.

AI Product Leadership

  • Own the AI product vision and roadmap for assigned operational domains.

  • Lead the definition, development, and delivery of AI‑powered products in collaboration with IT, data, and engineering teams.

  • Drive early‑stage prototyping, proof‑of‑concepts, and pilots to validate feasibility and business value before scaling.

  • Ensure AI solutions are designed with scalability, reliability, and real‑world operational adoption in mind.

Cross‑Functional Execution

  • Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, and outcomes.

  • Collaborate with IT and architecture teams on solution design, technology selection, and integration into existing systems.

  • Guide prioritization decisions and trade‑offs based on value, risk, and operational impact.

AI Expertise & Innovation

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for AI technologies, techniques, and trends as they apply to operations (e.g., generative AI, machine learning, agentic systems, automation).

  • Continuously explore emerging AI tools, platforms, and approaches, and assess their applicability to operational use cases.

  • Provide thought leadership on responsible, practical, and effective use of AI in operations.

Community Enablement & Evangelism

  • Help build and enable an internal AI community within Global Operations and across the company.

  • Share best practices, lessons learned, and reusable patterns to accelerate AI adoption.

  • Support education, awareness, and collaboration around AI initiatives through workshops, forums, and informal coaching.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).

  • Experience leading or managing digital, analytics, or AI‑driven products in an enterprise or operational environment.

  • Strong ability to work with business stakeholders to frame problems, define value, and drive alignment.

  • Hands‑on experience with AI or advanced analytics concepts (e.g., machine learning, generative AI, automation, data‑driven products).

  • Proven track record to lead cross‑functional teams and influence without direct authority.

  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast‑evolving environments and driving ideas from concept to execution.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master’s degree; OR PHD with 3 years of experience; OR equivalent experience

Base Pay Range: $135,600.00 - $230,500.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA
