We are working on a hybrid schedule - 3 days in the office and 2 remote!
Essential Functions:
Guide, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Identify and communicate the product requirements necessary for sales growth to the NPI team.
Collaborate with the sales team to review critical sales projects.
Ensure timely delivery of new and enhanced features or improvements across the product line.
Initiate, support, and develop white papers and product presentations.
Analyze and maintain awareness of funnel conversion rates and funnel size.
Drive margin improvement initiatives for assigned product lines.
Coordinate with order processing, production, and sales to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Oversee the phase-out process for products.
Monitor and address escalations related to the product line.
Participate in triage meetings as required.
Prioritize tasks and items into the development backlog.
Monitor monthly failure report meetings and drive action when needed
Collaborate with the customer and sales enablement teams to ensure adequate sales force training.
Liaise with other departments, especially the software Product Management team to incorporate new features and bug fixes into the backlog.
Lead competitor benchmarking activities and develop strategies based on comparative analysis.
Manage the end-to-end process of part number creation and discontinuation.
Skills, Abilities and Experience:
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric products in fast-paced, high-tech environments, from launch through to lifecycle management.
Deep understanding of emerging technologies and market trends, with the ability to balance the complexity of technical automation systems with the simplicity needed to drive go-to-market decisions.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making, competitive analysis, and prioritization frameworks to drive product roadmap and business impact.
Advanced level communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) to external stakeholders (customers) and internal employees (peers, directors, and vice presidents).

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, Master’s degree preferred (either MBA or technical)
Proven domain experience in relevant market and market analysis.
Seven or more years of relevant technical experience within product management
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
Up to 20% overnight travel
